Amlak Finance (Jordan) adopts Infotrix from SEDCO to optimize customer visit management

Amman, Jordan – March 3, 2009 -  Amlak Finance PSJC, the largest publicly held Islamic finance company in UAE, has recently adopted Infotrix customer visit management solution from SEDCO for its branch in Jordan, Amlak Finance (Jordan).

In order to ensure a smooth and undisturbed work environment, Infotrix utilizes an integrated queuing management solution, a service kiosk, and a number of display screens.

"Amlak Finance's clients can easily obtain a number in the queue, by selecting the desired service from a list of services through the service kiosk. A ticket with their number in the queue will be printed for them," said Nawaf Arafat, SEDCO's Implementation Manager. "The clients can sit and relax in a comfortable waiting area that is equipped with a digital screen displaying advertisements and other promotional content, ensuring that the clients are being entertained as they wait for their turn to be served. Once a client is called for service, he/she goes to the appropriate customer relationship officer to receive the service," he added.

The adopted solution will assist Amlak Finance (Jordan) to create a more organized work environment with minimal workload and elevated productivity, while cutting down on costs and saving the clients' precious time.
