SEDCO delivers Infotrix solution to MTC Touch Lebanon

Beirut, Lebanon – May 27, 2009 – SEDCO, a leading provider of specialized IT solutions in the Middle East and North Africa, has recently delivered and installed Infotrix queuing management solution to MTC Touch – Lebanon, through its strategic partner in Lebanon, PSI.

MTC Touch is the biggest mobile telecom company in Lebanon, with more than a million subscribers, and many branches that cover all the regions of Lebanon. It is managed by Zain, the leading telecommunications mobile operator in the Middle East and Africa.

The delivered solution incorporates service kiosks, digital screens, and a central database that can be monitored and administered from the headquarters. Infotrix integrates with the backend systems at MTC Touch, making it easy for the administration to pull out and view any customer or service related data.

Once the customers step into MTC Touch center, they enter their mobile numbers into the system through touch screens with which the kiosks are equipped. The system instantly identifies the customer and transfers his/her data to the service employees, enabling them to obtain information about the customers and greet them with their names and to prioritize services based on the customer's segment.

The kiosk is also furnished with an integrated printer that will print a slip for the customer with his/her number in the queue and the number of the service window through which they will receive the service. The customers can sit comfortably in special halls and wait for their turn, entertained by advertisements and other content that will appear on the digital screens, making their waiting time less boring and more informative and fruitful.
