SEDCO scores high in Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Microsoft

August 14, 2011 - SEDCO, a leading provider of specialized IT solutions in the MENA region, has recently earned high scores in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Microsoft to assess and evaluate the performance of its certified partners worldwide.

The survey measures customer satisfaction based on performance indicators such as the ability to meet customer needs, ease of doing business, quality of support, overall performance, competitive advantage, and overall satisfaction.

Customers appreciated the remarkable ease of doing business after deploying SEDCO solutions, which reflected on a high rate of 90 percent, compared to an average of 72 percent for the rest of Microsoft partners. The survey revealed that 95 percent of SEDCO's customers find its solutions to meet their needs and add a competitive advantage to their businesses.

“This survey is a re-confirmation about SEDCO’s commitment towards its customers and partners," said Ali Farah, SEDCO's Business Development Manager. "We are looking forward to further enhancing customer satisfaction through our customer-centric strategy," he added.

The survey indicated that 100 percent of the customers were satisfied with their overall experience with SEDCO solutions, which makes it a "champion" according to Microsoft ranking.
