Customer Detection and Identification
Customer detection and identification opens up various possibilities to you to enhance and personalize the services that you offer to your visiting customers. It enables you to detect and identify customers once they step into your premises. Your customers will have special cards (loyalty cards) that are read remotely through Antennas that are fixed at the entrance of your premises. It is also possible to enable existing cards to have such capability by adding a special tag to them. In banks, for example, it is possible to have ATM cards that have a special ID which is read when your customer steps into your bank branch. This ID is then used to get customer data from back-end systems and notify certain users in the branch.
It is also possible to have a camera that takes a snapshot of the customer at the time he or she is detected.
