The front desk personnel will press a button to call the patient number to their desks. A voice announcement (optional) can also be incorporated in English/Arabic to guide patients within your busy center. Depending on the patient specific case, he/she moves from one service queue to another (Doctor, X-Ray, Lab, Accounting … etc.) on a first-come-first-served basis.
