SEDCO Participates in MEFTEC 2008

SEDCO's Participation in this Leading Financial Technology Event was Marked with a Showcase for Infotrix Customer Visit Management Solution from SEDCO

Manama, Bahrain – February 13, 2008 – SEDCO has participated in Bahrain's most prominent financial event, MEFTEC exhibition 2008, held on 11 February 2008. The exhibition lasted for two days.

Held under the patronage of the Central Bank of Bahrain, MEFTEC attracts financial technology leaders from the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA), in addition to leaders from highly growing international markets, to take part and participate in this event, offering them a unique opportunity to communicate, exchange experience, and to learn from each other.

SEDCO participated in this prestigious event by demonstrating Infotrix Customer Visit Management Solution from SEDCO to the exhibition's audience. SEDCO Participates in Gitex 2007

SEDCO’s Participation Included the launch of its Latest Innovations, Infotrix Customer Visit Management System, along with a showcase of the Company’s Different Solutions and Products

Dubai, UAE – September 13, 2007- SEDCO, a leading provider of specialized IT solutions and services in the Arab world, took an active part in Gitex exhibition 2007, held between 8 and 12 September in Dubai.

SEDCO marked its participation in Gitex this year with the launch of Infotrix, the latest Customer Visit Management System from SEDCO. SEDCO booth had a live system that was demonstrated to customers and partners, and attracted lots of attention. The system includes several modules that help an enterprise to easily handle a walk-in customer from the time he or she steps into the site until he or she leaves. The system is designed to help an enterprise deliver a better customer experience while giving more control and planning tools for the management. Customers can access different services through touch screen kiosks. While waiting to be served, promotional material is delivered to them through a centrally managed digital signage system. All customers and employees events are logged into the system leading to various reports and simulation tools that help management in performance management and resources planning.

In addition to the launch of Infotrix, SEDCO also presented its other product lines including Fileworx content management system for news agencies, newspapers, media monitoring and other vertical markets; as well as Firnas, airport flight information management system; in addition to the presentation of a wide array of SEDCO’s Arabized printing solutions.
