FIRNAS Phone Flight Information System (PFIS) includes an interactive voice response facility that enables the public to inquire about flights and other airport information from any telephone set. It dramatically enhances your call service and reduces the workload on your operators who are responsible for answering flight inquiries.
For best voice quality, voice is automatically synthesized using pre-recorded human voice. The system is quite customizable in terms of menu structure, languages, and voice recordings.
Your FIRNAS solution can also include interaction through mobile messaging (SMS/MMS). The public can query the system by sending certain SMS messages, then the system will respond by sending the results as SMS/MMS messages. With the available fax option, results can be also sent back as a fax message.
