The Upgrade will Offer the Newspaper Better Management for the Different Kinds of Content it Handles

Amman, Jordan – March 9, 2008 – SEDCO has recently signed an agreement with Addustour newspaper to upgrade their existing content management system to Fileworx, the latest content management solution from SEDCO. The contract was signed in a special meeting in the presence of Addustour's board members, and Mr. Wissam Sabha, the Regional Sales Manager and representative of SEDCO.

Addustour, a pioneering daily newspaper in Jordan, first partnered with SEDCO years ago when they acquired Mediaworx, the previous version of Fileworx. The system vastly enhanced the different work processes inside the newspaper's premises, ensuring timely delivery of the newspaper to its enormous number of subscribers and avid readers with the least possible time and effort. As part of Addustour's commitment towards its loyal readers, the newspaper has been taking the lead in the region in following up with the latest technological developments in the media sector. Part of this was the latest arrangements with SEDCO office in Amman to implement the latest content management solution from SEDCO, Fileworx.

"We are proud to be the first Arabic daily newspaper to acquire and implement this top notch solution," said Mr. Saif Al Sharif, Addustour's Chief Deputy and General Manager, in a direct reference to Addustour being the first newspaper to adopt Fileworx content management solution in the region. "We are full of hope that this upgrade will grant us better management of the different kinds of content that we deal with in our business, and that it will optimize our work," he added.

Fileworx is the latest content management technology from SEDCO. The system automates the editorial processing of news from the moment they are captured until they are delivered to subscribers and readers. Fileworx incorporates a number of features that makes it the solution of choice for many leading media organizations in the region, such as newspapers, news agencies, and TV stations.
