Training
Sedco offers many courses to its customers to equip them with the information and tools necessary to run their meter reading system in a smooth and efficient way. Three types of training are of most importance:
Reader Training – Start the handhelds, read old and new meters, and report status of meters.
Operator Training – manage readers, routes, handhelds, calendar, upload/download of readings, and other daily activities.
Administrator Training – Install, configure, maintain, backup and troubleshoot the system.
