The repair/ refurbishment services are provided by SEDCO; Dubai office for warranty and out-of-warranty products. Defective part(s) may, also, be sent to the base unit manufacturer directly. In all cases, prior coordination with the country's support/ sales representative in SEDCO`s office is
indispensable.
The Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued by SEDCO before any item is returned for repair.
