Boubyan Bank upgrades more branches with CVM solution from SEDCO

Kuwait, Kuwait – SEDCO has completed an expansion project for Boubyan bank, by upgrading more branches with Customer Visit Management Solution (CVM).

 

The system provides better monitoring and control over the bank’s branches. Utilizing easy-to-read business monitoring maps, the bank’s manager can view the performance of the branches in real time and then take the necessary action when needed. The employees will be able to make follow up calls with customers, which will lead to boosting the quality of services in the bank.  

 

CVM solution has created a more organized work atmosphere for Boubyan bank. Customers can either acquire the services completely by themselves through the service kiosks, or they can obtain a ticket and wait comfortably in a relaxing area until they are called forward to receive the service. 

The system boosts service quality, maximizes productivity, and allows for better utilization and allocation of human resources.
