Umniah embraces Customer Visit Management solution from SEDCO for more branches

Amman, Jordan – Umniah has adopted Customer Visit Management solution (CVM) from SEDCO for more of its branches.

 

The system provides full control over the customers' visit, thanks to the Queuing Management system that it incorporates. CVM solution is flexible enough to integrate with the Umniah's backend system, allowing the administration to measure and evaluate the quality of the provided services and to enhance the overall customer experience.

 

The system extends Umniah's promotional capabilities, by deploying an advanced Digital Signage system. Elegant digital screens are disturbed across the branches to display advertisements and other promotional content. Customers can sit in a comfortable waiting area, entertained by content displayed on the screens, and informed about Umniah's various products and services, which will lead to cross selling and increase revenues.

 

CVM solution creates a more organized work atmosphere for Umniah while cutting costs, promoting selling and cross selling, and optimizing the overall productivity.
