SEDCO’s comprehensive, smart branch solutions including mobile queuing app, queue management system integrated with a smart BI tool, digital signage, and customer feedback system are all aligned to streamline the customer journey while enabling Orange to have full control over its service centers.
Through SEDCO’s queueing app, Orange empowers its customers to enter virtual queues by choosing the desired service branch, getting directions, taking e-tickets, and keeping track of their turn before arriving to the branch to avoid waiting in line.
Powered with BI tool, the queue system can centrally monitor and control all of Orange’s branches, while enabling the branch manager to track performance in real-time, view advanced reports, and predict trends in order to boost efficiency and make more insightful decisions.
With smart digital signage, the waiting customers remain engaged with targeted advertisements and content about Orange products and services, which will trigger their purchase intent.
The system offers Orange customers the chance to share their feedback about the branches, services or employees, where all feedback is measured against the company’s KPIs to improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
